那些年我爱过的CSSA
终于可以长舒一口气了。
回家看着凳子一直躺着的红艳艳的春晚工作牌，和大家朝夕相处的日子恍若隔世。看着家里还有各种原来没贴完又不舍得扔的海报。想想我这两年为CSSA奉献的青春，甚是美好.~
当年第一次去看CSSA春晚，因为帮朋友占了很多座，被思达批评了= =（在这里特想艾特某人。。。我当年也是被轰的。。）但是CSSA春晚给我的印象特别好，内容积极向上，演员尽心尽力，还特别有趣。在11年春晚之前，我一直不知道我该加入哪个社团，但是在那之后我就想进入CSSA了，虽然被批评过，但是思达说话有条不紊和颜悦色还带着一点威严，让我心服口服啊！
之后三月份换届选举，我收到邮件说CSSA也在纳新。天啊，我惴惴不安的给当时的主席种贺嘉发邮件说我想进CSSA可以么？他很开心的给我回邮件说欢迎啊~~于是我就在他们换届选举的那天，进了CSSA，看着路阳当了主席，还认识了娟姐和一子~
In March, 2011, I got an Email that CSSA was doing election and recruit. OMG, I felt so nerves and sent an Email to the President at that time, Hejia Zhong to say that I want to join them! He replied so quickly and said welcome! Then I joined CSSA at the election day and Luyang Yan was the new President.
当时进CSSA没有那么多条条框框，我们就做了一个自我介绍，就进入了考核期。现在想想，当时的自我介绍弱爆了！讲的都是我高中的事。说完看看台下一个个师兄师姐，想想他们经验丰富的样子。。。我都不好意思。。。不过那次我仍然觉得，CSSA是个温暖的大家庭~
At that time, there is few rules to join CSSA. I simply did an introduction, and enroll in the assessment period in CSSA.
后来开始从小跟班做起，贴海报啦，摆booth啦，各种活动哪怕没法去参加策划就现场帮帮忙啦~中国城的赞助商跑跑腿啦~会上积极发言啦~那时候我的想法特多，幸运的是颜路阳是个广开言路的人，我经常有想法就喜欢跟他说，他也会耐心的听，然后和我分析分析可行性。
Firstly I was a assistant. Posting the posters, setting up booth, contact some sponsors, no one give me the job but I showed up everywhere. At that time, I have lots of thoughts. I always talked to the President, Luyang Yan. He encouraged me a lot, he always listened to my opinion and give me suggestions.
然后从CSSA第一部宣传片开始，我的能力就开始得到了锻炼。当我和一子接到路阳电话的时候我们超级迷茫啊，完全不知道从何开始啊。招人，找演员，分工，策划剧本，找蛋饼帮忙，我们做的一丝不苟生怕有差错。等我们找到蛋饼的时候发现我们之前对于整个宣传片的定义白忙活了。。。切入点都不对，我这才知道原来宣传片应该怎么拍。
The propaganda film is the first task that Luyang assigned to me and my colleague. We don't know anything about the procedure at that time. We tried out best and got help from a video company. Finally, we create the first propaganda film for CSSA!!
后来我成为了活动部副部长，我就开始忙活活动了，先是用二手书交易会小试牛刀，然后开始Algonquin枫叶游，春晚后台，缘来是你等等等等。看着这些活动在我手下一个个的由Idea变成广受好评的经典活动我真的开心得不得了！
Then I became the Associate Manager of Events Department. The second-hand book exchange, trip to Algonquin, backstage manager of Chinese New Year Gala, "Only you" Dating Party, etc. I was so happy to see those ideas become real events and gave our members benefits!
通过这些活动，我和CSSA很多人都成为了朋友。我永远不敢说我是主要负责人，因为很多时候都是靠着同伴的支持和协助才成就了一个又一个的活动。但是我也愿意被叫做主要负责人因为我是个喜欢承担责任的人。
Through these event, I made a lot of friend. I dare to say I am the manager of the events because without my colleagues' help, I can't do anything. However, I love to say I am the manager because I love to take responsibilities!
但是也有不开心的，比如有时候我需要自己做不属于自己分内的事，比如做海报，做票啊，唉，谁让CSSA美工人员总是短缺呢。。。为此我还学会了photoshop。。。也算收获了。。。
Well, sometimes I was upset. I always do the work which is not assigned to me. However, there is always some gains, such as I learnt photoship by my self...
然后就到了去年的竞选的时候，我荣升为了市场部部长~Jason也荣升了主席~
Then I became the Manager of Marketing Department in the election last year. Jason Cai became the President.
当时觉得市场部混乱的要死啊，急需整顿啊，所有的市场工作几乎都是活动部来完成的。没有完整的体系。混乱至极。于是我开始整顿市场部。正好Jason开始明确划分部门制度，细化部门的分工。正和我愿啊，于是我就趁热打铁把市场部的定义，职能，和纳新方向都做了规划。然后成功的在2012年招新的时候招到了一批非常给力的成员！
At that time, Marketing Department was a chaos. There was no system, almost all the marketing work was done by Events Department. Jason began to clear the function of each department and set up the rules for each one. We also change the recruiting way, in 2012, Markeitng department successfully recruit some awesome executives!
做市场部的时候，很长一段时间我都是CSSA的人人和微博主页君呢~哈哈哈哈~所以我其实暗地里调戏过你们很多人哈哈哈哈哈哈~做主页君很开心，但也累，尤其是刚开学的时候，大一小孩子们啥都不懂啊~啥都问啊~主页君俨然就是一个siri，有问必答，而且答案绝对公平公正，一旦慢了还会被吐槽。。。神啊，我也是人啊，我也要睡觉啊，在国内的孩子们从下午等到晚上都等不到主页君回复是正常的啊亲！~以至于后来有一阵好累好累的说。。。。
后来呢，10月底的时候由于克疾回国交换了，实在没有人手，所以我也被推举为外务副主席。在此仍然很感谢支持我的孩子们！
In the late October, one of our VP left U of T to do his exchange program. I was elected as the External VP instead of him. I appreciate those colleagues who support me so much!!
于是我匆匆上任，甚至没有考虑作为一个PR和Sponsor经验几乎为0的人我的种种想法是不是能得以实现。
上任没多久，春晚筹备工作就开始了。然后我决定去当一回总导演。但实际我除了高中在话剧社和心理社的小剧目以外，大型活动的导演经验为0.。。。。。。。。。。。。
After I became the VP, the preparation for the Chinese New Year Gala 2013 began. I decided to be the stage director. Actually, I have no experience about it.................
好在我们有导演组嘿~导演组的同志们辛苦了，我的任务就是盯着导演组，对语言类节目进行监督。整个春晚的筹备工作可谓是腥风血雨，但是最后结果绝对是雨过天晴。当我看见大部分人对于春晚节目还比较满意我真的是很欣慰了。有什么不对也请原谅我这半路出家的导演吧。。。。。
然后我就遇到了我坐外务VP第一次要处理的PR关系。就是关于MYSoul和Zigzag之间的关系。
Then I came across the first serious problem after I became the External VP, which is the relationship between two dance group MYSOUL and Zigzag.
之前我压根就不怎么了解这两个舞队。我甚至连舞队队长是谁都搞不清。所以之前做某些决策的时候实在是有失公正。
对于这两个舞队。我一直觉得，本是同根生，相煎何太急。我对于你们分分合合没有发言权。我只是表达我所知道。两个舞队的妹子们都挺好的。你们也许觉得对方不择手段也好，不讲道理也罢，但是你们任何一方都跟我说过一样的话，那就是，Doreen，我们知道这事跟你没关系，这事连累到你真的对不起。还有就是，你们都表达了希望重归于好的想法。
我就知道你们都是善良的。都是20岁出头的女孩子，都是为了舞蹈可以牺牲一切的女孩子们，你们只是为了舞蹈而已，哪里有坏心眼儿啊。
但是现在，这一切已经和我没有关系了。今天这个选举结果还是是在意料之中的。而我，回家以后也终于可以感觉到，可以好好休息一下了。
I don't know why these girls separate into two independent groups. I know both group want to dance on the stage in our Chinese New Year Gala, but I have to choose one. I apologize if I wasn't justice when I made the decision. I don't want to see both of you upset and I hope you can get together again. Each of you are good girls, because each of you have told me "Doreen, we are so sorry to drag you into our divergence."
我干的好的时候不怎么和人邀功的，但是周围朋友和我爸妈经常会听见我工作上的吐槽。好多人都劝我，太累了就别干了，太烦了就放弃吧。但是不行啊，只要我还在一天，我还是要把本职工作干好。
说说CSSA教会了我什么吧。作为一个基层，你只有努力，才能让别人看见你。不要想着是金子总会发光，现在这个时代，伯乐太少了，千里马只有奔腾起来才能让别人知道你的英姿。
Let’s talk about what CSSA taught me in these two yeas. As a primary level executive member, such as the associates for each department, you have to work hard so that people will admire your efforts. Pearls are everywhere, but not the same as the eyes. You must show your advantages then you can get more opportunities.
作为一个中层，你要做到承上启下。不仅仅把上面的任务完成好，同时也要留意和培养新人。任务下放不是什么坏事，但是自己要有信心收拾部下的烂摊子。用于在自己的岗位上创新也是很好的。高层的主意肯定是经过了三思才下放的，但是如果你想做出点自己的东西而且有执行的可能就锦上添花了~
As a middle level executive, such as managers of each department, you need to connect top level managers and primary level executives. You job is not only doing the assigned work but also train the new executives. Sometimes you can give the job to new people, but you have to take a risk to solve their problems. Be brave to come up some new ideas to your work. Don't worry about making mistakes because the higher level managers will always behind your back.
作为一个高层，不仅仅要做到站得高看得远，也要注意站得太高容易摔下来。高层也许不会对基层工作盯得那么仔细。但是一定要时时刻刻心系下属。第二沟通很重要。和自己人沟通，和别的社团的人沟通，想要把社团做好，应该从高层开始做好和大家的信息交流保持畅通。第三就是做出属于自己的东西。很多事情不去试一试是不知道的。尝试着建立一个自己的体系，而不是仅仅的传承，创新永远是个不落伍的话题。
As a top level executive, such as VP and President, you have more opportunities to practice your idea. Don’t feel arrogant about the position because you have more responsibilities. You don’t have to go through every details of the work, but you have to take care of the lower level executives. Communication is very important. A good club is based on high efficiency communications with internal executives and other clubs. Try to be creative, either on management method or events. You never know the result unless you give a try. Inheriting is necessary but creative is also very important.
以上就是我的下岗感言了~虽然在CSSA才有两年的时间，但是CSSA带给我的永远比我带给CSSA的要多的多。这是我当时选活动部副部长时候站在LM那个小教室紧张得磕磕绊绊地说的。现在我仍然会这么说。我的观点或许不够成熟，但是我对CSSA的爱是永存的。
再次感谢我的前辈，路阳，思达，克疾等人对我的指引和提携。感谢曾经共过事的朋友们的帮助，太多了我不一一艾特了。当然通过CSSA认识了Ryerson朋友啊，York的朋友啊~还有其他CSSA和其他社团的朋友们。我真的特别开心~
PS，现在是没有相关人这个选项了么= =我已经找了好几遍了。。。
